Description
Carvacrol, also known as isothymol, is the isomer of thymol. ISOPROPYLTOLUENE was prepared by sulfonation with sulfuric acid and alkali melting. It is liquid with a hundred mile fragrance. It is used as food flavor and soap flavor formula. According to the relevant studies, the inhibitory effect of carvacrol on Aspergillus niger was higher than that of beef oil, cinnamaldehyde and citral.
